What You’ll Do
The Senior Business Data Analyst for our Foundry Team, you will be the main person to handle complex data from the start to end. With the complex data we have, you will have to prepare the dataset through data cleaning process and visualize the data for the sales team and executives using Tableau and sometimes PowerPoint.
This role must leverage internal data to make smarter decisions to optimize for revenue growth and other target metrics.
Location: Onsite at our San Jose office/headquarters 5 days a week
- Ability to collaborate with others and establish working relationships, communicate effectively across the organization and at different levels to be able to identify the needs and provide a solution.
- Convert and automate existing reports from legacy reporting platforms to Tableau, as well as enhancing and developing existing and new reports as assigned.
- Draw upon a full range of Tableau features to design, develop, enhance and support Tableau visualizations including, but not limited to, interactive dashboards, scorecards and reports.
- Lead the build and publish interactive Tableau reports and dashboards along with data refresh scheduling.
- Analyze complex data to develop automated reporting with VBA and Excel.
- Create macros to work with a huge amount of data and for Excel reports.
- Works with the Excel application and adapts it to the specific needs of a challenge or requirements to automate repetitive tasks and accelerate the workflow of a business.

What You Bring
- Bachelors in Business or Engineering related Discipline with 3+ years related experience or Masters Degree in Business or Engineering related Discipline with 1+ years experience.
- Master’s in Business or Engineering or Business Discipline a PLUS!
- Experience in building dashboards using Tableau
- Advanced proficiency in using excel skills including VBA and Macro
- Experience using Salesforce
- SQL skills preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Team-working skills
