Job Description:

Key Skills and Experience:

Very Good Generic BA SKills ; Focus on LNG, Shipping and frieght Management ; Resource should compare 2-3 solutions and provide best solutions on it; Interacted with SAAS vendor and working in LNG Trading Space

• Knowledge of LNG trading in general and Shipping, operations (cargo and voyage data), settlement/invoicing (finance).

• Knowledge of Business Analysis techniques and tools with significant experience in project deliverables including the ability to:

• Precisely capture business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements

• Translate business requirements into functionality and assess the risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impacts of various solution options

• Role may be part of an IT project development environment or an individual contributor at the business interface.

Desirable:

• Experience working in Agile project Delivery

• Experience working in project mode and delivering/driving from reequipment to live phases of application lifecycle.

• Experience working in geographically distributed teams

• Good to have experience/knowledge in systems like IMOS, ENDUR, GMAS (Shipping assurance system), RADAR (T&S system) etc.

• Proficient in operational activities and business strategy.

• Good to have CCBA or PMI-PBA certification.

• Team player and able to collaborate, proactively communicates and shares understanding and experience within a team

• Keeps up-to-date knowledge of the energy industry and energy trading

• Comfortable talking to business users and can translate business needs into tangible user stories or requirements

• Uses best practice analysis techniques but can change approach according to conflicting timelines/risks involved

•Uses initiative and owns their deliverables end-to-end

•Proficient in operational activities and business strategy.

•Understands the industry and business positioning among competitors.
