Role & Responsibilities:

• As an Analyst at OYO, your key responsibilities will include:
• Collecting and analyzing large datasets from various sources
• Using statistical methods to interpret data, identify trends, and draw insights
• Creating and maintaining databases, data models, and dashboards
• Developing reports and visualizations to present data insights to stakeholders
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on data analysis
• Collaborating with IT and other departments to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 3-6 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business environment
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools like Metabase and Advanced Excel
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
